Check out our policies regarding cancellations, late arrivals and hygiene standards we follow.
We compromise on being transparent with our customers at all times and we reserve the right of changing the policies outlined here without previous notice.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. This time frame gives Lily & Roo the opportunity to fill the spot.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full price of the service booked.
Late Arrival Policy
Please understand that a late arrival may reduce your service time or force us to reschedule your appointment for another time and/ or day. We’ll try our best to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are late more than 10 minutes.
Re-booked appointments will be subjected to current availabilities for the respective service.
Hygiene Policy
Our customers' safety and health is our top priority. We guarantee all metal tools used in any service are sanitized after each appointment and/ service.
Disposable files, buffers, manicure sticks and any other materials used in any service will be disposed of after its completion. You are more than welcome to take them home if you wish.
